Warranty Period

This warranty is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase for all pickleball paddles.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty only applies to failures or damages due to material and workmanship defects.

Warranty service includes, but is not limited to, replacement or repair of the paddle.

Exclusions from Warranty

Normal wear and tear.

Damage due to abuse, accidents, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or other misuse.

Use of non-official or uncertified accessories or attachments.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase.

Before returning, please contact our customer service center for a return authorization and guidance.

Warranty Process

Customers must contact our customer service by email or phone and provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt).

Customers may need to send the product back for evaluation. Shipping costs for this process are borne by the customer.

Warranty Statement

This warranty does not affect the rights granted to you by consumer law.
