Inspired by the unique structure of pickleball paddles, we embarked on an ambitious R&D journey, culminating in a groundbreaking USAPA-approved pickleball paddle that matches the market's weight standards.

Our pickleball paddles's design is a marvel of engineering, featuring two robust layers of panels encasing a six-sided long-walled honeycomb core. The standout feature of our paddles is the meticulous welding connections between each honeycomb core and the panel-to-core interface. This innovative approach diverges from the conventional adhesive processes, significantly enhancing the pickleball paddles's durability and longevity. Further augmenting our design, we employ a quenching process to increase the surface hardness of the aluminum plates, finished with exquisite UV-printed textures.
